Who we are
A pool contractor built around the homeowner.
For most families, a pool is one of the largest investments they’ll make in their home — and one of the most personal. It shapes how weekends feel, where friends gather, and how much time everyone spends outside.
Eleven Pools exists to make that investment feel well-managed. We coordinate residential pool construction, renovations, and outdoor living projects, working with qualified subcontractors and specialized trades to deliver each phase of the work. Our job is to bring those pieces together — on schedule, to a high standard, and with clear communication along the way.
We’re based in Frisco and focused on North Texas, which means we plan around the conditions here: expansive clay soils, summer heat, HOA review, and the permitting process in each city we serve.

Eleven Pools operates as a contracting company. We manage your project and coordinate qualified subcontractors and specialized trades — excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical, shell, tile, decking, and finishes — so you don’t have to.
