Our Commitment.
Building a pool is a significant investment in your home and your time at home. We approach every project with the care, planning, and communication it deserves.
Custom Pool Solutions
Every pool is planned around your property, your architecture, and how you actually want to spend time outdoors — never a one-size-fits-all package.
Professional Project Coordination
We schedule and coordinate the specialized trades behind your project so you have one accountable point of contact from start to finish.
Quality-Focused Construction
Careful attention to the details that matter — structure, drainage, finishes, and the transitions between them — at every phase of the build.
Clear Communication
Straightforward proposals, regular updates, and honest answers. You’ll always know what’s happening next and why.
What we do
Pools, spas, and the spaces around them.

Why Eleven Pools
Built Around Your Vision.
We’re a pool contracting company focused on one thing: helping North Texas homeowners create a backyard they love — with a process that feels organized, informed, and respectful of their time.
We listen first
Before we talk about shapes or finishes, we want to understand how your household will use the space — weekday swims, weekend gatherings, quiet evenings.
Attention to detail
The difference between a good pool and a great one is in the details: how the coping meets the deck, where the light falls at night, how water drains after a storm.
Transparent communication
Clear written proposals, decisions presented at the right moment, and regular updates — so you’re never left guessing.
Personalized solutions
Recommendations tailored to your yard, your budget, and your priorities, including where it makes sense to phase work over time.
Our process
Four steps from first conversation to first swim.
A clear sequence, explained up front. You’ll know what happens at each stage, what decisions you’ll make, and when.
Consultation
Discuss your vision, property, and goals — how you want to use the space, what matters most, and the budget range you’re comfortable with.
Planning & Design
Develop a project approach and preliminary scope, review site conditions, and outline selections, permitting, and HOA requirements.
Construction
Coordinate the necessary trades and construction phases, with clear updates as each milestone is reached.
Final Walkthrough
Review the finished project together, go over operation and care, and confirm completion details.
